Christmas at The Mermaid

About the Party

Expect a sparkling Christmas 2011 at The Mermaid in Blackfriars where guests will ascend a staircase of twinkling lights leading them into the River Room for a drinks reception against a Thames backdrop. Mirrors & shimmering fabric set the theme, which runs through to the upstairs Blackfriars Room, where a three-course or buffet dinner will be served. 

Mirrored shapes and decorations span the walls and ceilings. Upstairs in Blackfriars room, where dinner is served, myriads of reflective shapes are suspended from the ceiling. Enhanced with projections, coloured moving lights, a sparkling animated ambience is created.

After dinner your guests will be tripping the light fantastic on the dance floor with the tunes from our resident DJ.
