As you sweep into the beautiful surroundings of Battersea Park through a maze of snow laden fir trees, you catch a glimpse of the glass frontage of Battersea Evolution which glistens like an ice palace, as thousands of sparkling fairy lights illuminate its soaring ceiling. Making your way through a magnificent winter forest, you are welcomed in from the cold where you shake off the fresh snow and dispose of your hats and coats. Soon you are beckoned to make your way up the grand central staircase where you find yourself perched high up on the mountain top overlooking a bustling, vibrant bar scene.

Whether your preference is for iced Champagne, high octane shots, speciality beers, fine wines or freshly made cocktails, every taste and whim is catered for. As the hustle and bustle of the bars picks up pace, you and your guests enjoy exquisite freshly made canapé by the warmth of the huge central fireplace which dominates the heart of the bar and casts a welcoming glow throughout. From the comfort of a luxurious fur throw, you join the crowds to marvel at the breath-taking performances taking place on the horizon as they “up” the temperature; re-creating the noisy, bustling atmosphere of many an Alpine bar.
From across the mountain peak, there is a sudden flash of lights and the music changes tempo. Soon an excited crowd gather to watch the infamous Coyote bar come to life, taking centre stage with a heart pounding bar top performance and the revellers below erupt into ripples of applause.
